If you don't know where you want to go, you'll
usually end up disliking where you end up. This goes even deeper
than just choosing specific goals. It involves the directions
you want to take in your life. Once you know your directions,
it becomes much easier to identify the most appropriate goals. |

Fundamental 2 -- Outline actions that will get you there |

Are your
habitual actions moving you toward the life you desire? (Hint:
if you're consistently reaching most of your goals, then
yes, your actions are working well for you.) On the other hand,
if they're not getting you what you want, you may need to re-examine
things. There's more to creating effective action plans than
writing big To-Do lists, and we'll work together on this. |
