Building Real Achievement in Your Golden Years...

You will be empowered to make exciting new breakthroughs -- but breakthroughs don't happen in a vacuum, so you'll master the five Golden Fundamentals that make it possible.

We work to help you produce clearly better results

I've been self employed since 1984, so I know firsthand what it takes to attract the customers, do the work, and keep a business moving forward.

Those years of experience have been both rewarding and fascinating, but I won't kid you -- there was a learning curve. Now I want to help you, as a senior business owner, to drastically shorten that learning curve so you can move more quickly to the good stuff.

You can expect real results - If you use the ideas on this site and in our coaching, you will get real, measurable results. You can expect to see the following.

Building your business – or starting one up...
Will be far less of a struggle. There are proven methods that actually work to attract more customers and clients. We share with you the most effective practices and show you how to implement them confidently. While you won't find any silver bullets here, you will appreciate the time-tested methods that work well for all business owners, including home-based.

You'll know how to steer clear of time wasting...
Frustrating activities that are “supposed to work” but which only drag your energies down. Ever notice how many people start a new business, follow what some book or guru says, but never get anywhere? We'll help you master activities that get real, provable results while steering you clear of methods that have a weak (or losing) track record.

You'll have a deeper understanding...
of what you're doing, and why. It seems like a paradox, but when you have a better grasp of the fundamentals, you end up with a clearer view of the big picture. This broad understanding makes it easier to know what to do, what to say, how to relate to your customers so that you're serving the best interests of both your customers and yourself. Customers respond enthusiastically to this level of integrity.

Word-of-mouth business will come looking for you...
There are certain simple things you can do that cause more people to talk about you and your services. You'll even find even non-customers eagerly telling others about you and sending you business.

You'll make more money and feel more secure...
Iin your profession. One of the worst feelings is living hand-to-mouth, your business never quite coming to life, and you don't know why. When customers begin coming to you "automatically," you'll lose that frantic feeling of unending struggle.

You'll make a bigger contribution to the world...
The most common reasons for going into business all point toward becoming independent (both personally and financially), doing something you really enjoy, and making a difference. Well, you'll never make any difference as long as you're struggling to stay afloat. Once you build a successful business, the struggle fades away and you begin making a bigger difference with every customer you meet.

The Five Golden Fundamentals

Results take action! It's true that gathering information is important, but data alone never produced results -- thinking about it alone is not enough.

Golden Executive Coaching is based upon specific fundamentals. Solving problems and producing consistently successful results demand that you have proven systems. We have found that basing our actions on certain fundamentals is far more effective than painful trial-and-error. Using the right strategy can automatically lead you to clarity in all five fundamental areas where your business (or your life) can be strengthened. This alone saves you years of stumbling around in the dark.

Golden Fundamental 1 -- Determine where you're going
If you don't know where you want to go, you'll usually end up disliking where you end up. This goes even deeper than just choosing specific goals. It involves the directions you want to take in your life. Once you know your directions, it becomes much easier to identify the most appropriate goals.
Golden Fundamental 2 -- Outline actions that will get you there
Are your habitual actions moving you toward the life you desire? (Hint: if you're consistently reaching most of your goals, then yes, your actions are working well for you.) On the other hand, if they're not getting you what you want, you may need to re-examine things. There's more to creating effective action plans than writing big To-Do lists, and we'll work together on this.
Golden Fundamental 3 -- Assess your skills for possible upgrade
As your business grows, you'll meet tasks that need higher levels of skill than you may have developed yet. Or tasks you've never even thought of doing before. How well you run your business and do your work will be strongly impacted by the level of your skills. So you'll learn easy ways to identify the skills you have and those that may be problematic. You'll also gain painless ways to sharpen up the skills needing an upgrade.
Golden Fundamental 4 – Get more supportive environments
Your environments include everything from the computer, software and desk you work at, to the emotional atmosphere of co-workers and associates, to the view from your workspace. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the four environments – Ideas, People, Physical, and Technological – and learn to adjust them for maximum positive impact on your success.
Golden Fundamental 5 – Take command of your thinking
Everyone's thinking comes from somewhere, but it never occurs to most people to take charge of what goes on in their head. You will master ways to instantly change how you feel when it's appropriate, to overcome and replace limited self-image, to cultivate a constant mental state of power, and to take charge of your chronic emotional states. When you control your own mind and feelings, you control your life, your relationships and your business.
